The RevCult story started in 2011. What started initially as helping CEO friends position their company for growth, became RevCult (for Revenue Culture). We were driven by the desire to help transform companies to be more customer focused. We believed a good measure of success was achieving sustainable profitable growth records. To achieve this, the challenge was both generating and prioritizing the right strategy AND leveraging a platform (Salesforce) in an elegantly simple way to drive repeatable, sustainable, and accountable performance. It’s with this unique perspective, a constraint-based methodology, and collaborative approach that we started to implement Revenue Operating Systems® on top of Salesforce that help clients break records.
As our clients grew, they began to expand their use of Salesforce into new business functions. In many cases, Salesforce became a “mission critical” system, containing sensitive customer data that spanned the entire customer lifecycle. For our clients, this introduced new concerns around security, privacy, and risk.
Over time, our customers (especially those in Healthcare and Financial Services) asked us to help ensure Salesforce was aligned to their security/privacy regulations and postures. We saw this as an opportunity to leverage our expertise in Salesforce, security, and privacy to deliver game-changing technology. We’re proud to now offer 5-Star AppExchange security and privacy products and services that allow clients to continue to grow on the Salesforce platform with confidence their data is protected.
